Our Registered Business

Panel Ashcore Co., Ltd. is the official registered business name under which we operate. We were established in 2019 in Daejeon, South Korea, to address a gap we saw among holders who kept assets in cold storage but lacked organized records.

How We Started

In 2018, our founder spent six months reconciling wallet addresses across four hardware devices after a family member passed away. The seed phrases were intact, but no single document explained which addresses held which positions or when they were acquired. That experience led to the first version of our tracking page format — a printed ledger designed to sit beside a safe deposit box, not on a screen.

We opened our Jung-gu office in Daejeon in early 2019 and began offering tracking page preparation as a booked session rather than a software subscription. Holders visit us or join a video call, and we produce the records together.

What We Do Today

Panel Ashcore prepares long-hold tracking pages, conducts holdings reconciliation reviews, and runs wallet record filing sessions. We work exclusively with holders who maintain their own custody and do not use exchange accounts for storage.

Our team includes two record specialists and one session coordinator. We do not manage assets, hold private keys, or connect to blockchain networks during sessions. Every document we produce is for the holder’s personal filing.

Working With Holders

We believe long-hold positions deserve the same care as any other significant holding — dated entries, clear labels, and a format that survives hardware upgrades. Our approach is deliberate: we ask questions, verify labels together, and produce records you can file without depending on us afterward.
