Refund Policy — Panel Ashcore

Overview

This policy applies to sessions booked with Panel Ashcore Co., Ltd. for tracking page preparation, holdings reconciliation, and wallet record filing.

Cancellation by Client

More Than 7 Days Before Session

Full refund of any deposit paid. No cancellation fee.

3–7 Days Before Session

50% of the deposit is refundable. The remaining 50% covers reserved staff time and materials preparation.

Less Than 3 Days Before Session

Deposits are non-refundable. You may reschedule once at no additional charge if we have availability within 30 days.

No-Shows

If you do not attend a confirmed session and do not notify us at least 24 hours in advance, the full session fee is charged and no refund is issued.

Rescheduling

One free reschedule is permitted if requested at least 48 hours before the original appointment. Additional reschedules incur a ₩20,000 administrative fee.

Cancellation by Panel Ashcore

If we cancel your session due to staff illness or office closure, you receive a full refund or priority rescheduling at your choice.

Refund After Session Delivery

Full Refund Eligible

We failed to deliver the agreed folio or PDF within 5 business days of the session
The delivered records contain factual errors we introduced (not errors in information you provided)
You cancel during the session before any records are printed, for any reason

Partial Refund Eligible

Session exceeded the agreed scope due to our error and you choose not to accept overtime charges
Printed materials were damaged in mailing and digital PDF was not yet delivered

Non-Refundable

Work already completed and delivered (printed folio shipped or PDF link sent)
Sessions where you provided inaccurate address information that was printed as you confirmed
Additional address fees for wallets beyond the booked scope
Purchased materials (archival paper, binding) already used in your folio
Deposits forfeited under the cancellation windows above

Revision Policy

One revision round within 14 days of delivery is included in every session fee. Revisions address labeling corrections and date updates you identify after reviewing the folio. Revisions requiring entirely new addresses beyond the original scope are charged at ₩45,000 per address.

Refund Process

Email hello@panel-ashcore.click with your booking reference and reason for the refund request.
We acknowledge within 2 business days.
Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.
Bank transfer refunds may take an additional 3–5 business days to appear.

Deposits

Sessions booked more than 14 days in advance require a 30% deposit. The balance is due at the session. Deposit refund terms follow the cancellation windows above.

Disputes

If you disagree with a refund decision, contact us at hello@panel-ashcore.click. We aim to resolve disputes within 15 business days. Unresolved disputes are subject to the jurisdiction stated in our Terms of Service.
