Client Stories
Testimonials and case notes from long-hold holders who filed tracking pages and wallet records with Panel Ashcore in South Korea.
What Holders Say
The stories below come from clients who booked tracking page sessions, reconciliation reviews, or filing appointments with us. Names are used with permission. Details are summarized to protect address labels and position sizes.
“I finally know which device holds what”
Min-jun Park, Seoul — Long-Hold Tracking Page Setup
Min-jun arrived with three Ledger devices purchased between 2019 and 2022. He had written seed phrases on metal plates but never labeled which addresses on each device corresponded to which purchases. During our 50-minute session, we mapped twelve addresses to acquisition dates and noted the exchange he used for each original purchase.
The printed folio now sits in his home safe. He mentioned the only frustration was realizing he had duplicated one address across two devices — something the session surfaced that he would not have caught on his own.
“Useful for my accountant, not for trading”
Soo-yeon Kim, Incheon — Holdings Reconciliation Review
Soo-yeon needed a clean record of her 2017–2020 purchases for her accountant. She did not want to connect any wallet to an online portfolio tracker. Our reconciliation review compared her handwritten notes against address labels she provided, producing a twelve-page summary with cost basis annotations.
She appreciated that we did not ask for seed phrases. The mild reservation: she wished we had flagged one transfer she forgot to document, which required a follow-up email and a small additional fee for the extra page.
“My children will not have to guess”
Jae-won Lee, Daejeon — Wallet Record Filing Session
Jae-won is 67 and holds positions he plans to pass to his children. He had index cards with address fragments but no coherent system. We organized his notes into our standard folio format, adding a cover sheet that explains his labeling convention.
He described the result as “boring in the best way — exactly what a filing cabinet needs.” He booked a second session six months later to add a new hardware wallet.
“Straightforward and unhurried”
Hye-jin Choi, Busan — Long-Hold Tracking Page Setup
Hye-jin held assets across a Trezor and a paper wallet she created in 2018. She was nervous about discussing holdings with someone outside her family. The session coordinator explained each step before we asked for any information.
The tracking page took slightly longer than the standard 45 minutes because she had not recorded 2021 purchase dates. She rated the experience positively but noted she would prepare a spreadsheet of dates before a future session.
