Long-Hold Tracking Page Setup
A dedicated tracking page for each offline wallet — acquisition dates, address labels, transfer history, and cost basis notes in a filing-ready folio.
Who This Is For
Long-hold tracking page setup is designed for holders who store assets on hardware wallets, paper wallets, or air-gapped devices and want a single reference document that explains what each address holds — without connecting to live networks or exchange accounts.
Typical clients include holders with three or more addresses accumulated over several years, families preparing inheritance records, and anyone who has replaced a device but lost track of which addresses migrated where.
What You Receive
At the end of your session, you receive:
- Printed folio — spiral-bound A4 pages on archival paper, one section per wallet address
- Encrypted PDF — identical content, password-protected, delivered via secure link within 24 hours
- Cover sheet — explains your labeling convention and the date of last review
Each address section includes:
- Human-readable label (e.g., “Ledger #2 — 2019 purchases”)
- Full address string (you verify; we do not generate addresses)
- Acquisition date and approximate cost basis in KRW or USD as you report it
- Transfer notes (e.g., “moved from exchange X on 14 March 2020”)
- Blank lines for future entries you add by hand
What Is Excluded
- We do not connect to blockchains, exchanges, or wallet software during the session
- We do not provide market valuations or performance calculations
- We do not store copies of your records after 30 days unless you request extended retention
- Tax filing, legal advice, and seed phrase handling are outside scope
Session Process
Before your appointment: Gather any existing notes, exchange receipts, or spreadsheets with purchase dates. You do not need to bring devices — only the address strings and your memory of acquisitions.
During the session (45 minutes): A record specialist walks through each address with you. We type labels and dates as you confirm them. You review each page before we print.
After the session: The folio is bound on-site or mailed within 3 business days. The PDF link expires after 7 days — download and store it with your other records.
Pricing
Starting at ₩280,000 for up to three wallet addresses. Additional addresses: ₩45,000 each. Sessions exceeding 60 minutes due to complexity may incur a ₩50,000 overtime fee, quoted before continuing.
