Terms of Service — Panel Ashcore

1. Acceptance

By accessing panel-ashcore.click or booking a session with Panel Ashcore Co., Ltd. (“Panel Ashcore,” “we,” “us”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our website or services.

2. Services Description

Panel Ashcore provides offline wallet tracking page preparation, holdings reconciliation reviews, and wallet record filing sessions. Our services produce personal records for holders who maintain their own custody. We do not manage assets, hold private keys, execute transactions, or provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering contracts under South Korean law to book a session.

4. Booking and Payment

Session fees are quoted in Korean won. Deposits and balances are due as stated at booking. Prices on our website are informational; the fee confirmed in your booking confirmation is binding.

5. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

Providing accurate information about wallet addresses and acquisition dates
Verifying all address strings and labels before we print or deliver records
Storing printed folios and encrypted PDFs securely
Never sharing seed phrases, private keys, or wallet passwords with our staff

We will never ask for seed phrases or private keys. If anyone claiming to represent Panel Ashcore requests them, refuse and contact us immediately.

6. Intellectual Property

The tracking page layout, folio format, and website content are owned by Panel Ashcore Co., Ltd. You receive a personal license to use deliverables produced during your session for your own record-keeping. You may not resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit our templates without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by South Korean law, Panel Ashcore is not liable for:

Errors in records resulting from inaccurate information you provide
Loss of assets due to mishandling of seed phrases or private keys
Market losses, tax penalties, or legal consequences arising from your holdings
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our total liability for any claim arising from a session is limited to the fee paid for that session.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Panel Ashcore against claims arising from your misuse of our deliverables, violation of these terms, or provision of false information.

9. Website Use

You may not use our website to transmit malware, scrape content without permission, or impersonate our business. We reserve the right to suspend access for abuse.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Daejeon, South Korea.

11. Changes

We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
